Meet our resident energy healer
Sara Hopman is an Energy Healer, Akashic Records Practitioner, and Spiritual Development Teacher. She leads our energetic alignment sessions, and is so gifted at guiding us in these powerful meditative journeys.
With a background in Yoga Nidra Meditation, Reiki, Quantum Energy Healing, and channeling the Akashic Records, Sara’s approach offers a nurturing, safe space to connect within and receive what is needed — often resulting in profound clarity, empowering insights, and deep healing.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I can't make the coaching calls?
We publish the schedule well in advance, so you can plan ahead to make them. And we meet at different times of day to accommodate international time zones. But we know our schedules as actors can be unpredictable. So you can submit questions and I will answer even if you are not there live. All of the calls are recorded, so you’ll have access to watch when it’s convenient for you.
I'm worried I won't have time to do the work. How much time does this take?
Many members of The Table wear multiple hats, with full time jobs (in addition to acting) and households to run. The success path will allow you to focus on your priorities and make the best use of the available time you have. The content release calendar is structured with implementation time built in. Time management is my superpower, so I’ll help you create structures to be a more successful implementer. If you can set aside an hour a week, you can make amazing progress.
Is there a time commitment? Do I have to stay for 12 months?
We have found that our members get the best results by committing to The Table for at least a year . That way, you will experience each of the 11 content themes with ample time for implementation. The amount of progress you can make over that time is remarkable. After your first year, you will be rolled over into a monthly membership at $147/month. You are welcome to renew your year at that time if you’d prefer.
Is this an acting class?
NO. We assume that you know how to act, and that you are continuing to improve your craft. While we do sometimes have guest experts that speak about craft, we’re more concerned with everything that happens when the camera isn’t rolling. However, many members report feeling MORE assured in their talent and craft than ever before since they’re taking such inspired action in their lives. It’s all connected. As Stella Adler said, “Growth as an actor and growth as a human being are synonymous.”
What if I don't want to create my own projects. Is The Table for me?
Yes! Inside the program you’ll learn to cultivate relationships with the people you want to collaborate with! You don’t need to be a creator or writer to have a sense of artistic fulfillment and freedom.
I don't live in the US. Will this work for me?
The strategies and principles we teach are not location-specific. You will see that many of our most successful members live in places outside of the major US markets… we have members all over the world in places like Canada, France, the UK, Australia. We also have members who live in non-traditional places in the US. You can create a thriving creative career, no matter where you live. And we’d love to support you with that.
I'm in the early stages of my career. Can you help me?
I likely can. I’ve spent years developing a program to help actors at all levels. We have members who just graduated with their BFAs, and others who have been working for 20 years. We have 2 distinct ways of approaching the content, which gives members the flexibility to choose which is right for them (with our guidance). When you need personalized advice, your coach is there.

You do need some acting training under your belt. That way, we can focus completely on the behind-the-scenes marketing and mindset work, and your acting skills will support the increased level of opportunities you’ll receive.
Why do we have to apply?
We want to make sure that The Table is a good fit for you, and vice versa. After your application is reviewed, a team member will get back to you to schedule a meeting with Ajarae. Then Aja will meet with you for a conversation about your goals, and what you plan to achieve in our community. If we agree that it’s a fit, you will be invited to enroll.
